100% Solids Elastomeric Secondary Containment GEO Membrane

Description:

ELE-5009 100% Solids Elastomeric Secondary Containment GEO Membrane A high performance epoxy elastomeric designed for spray over geo-textile fabric which cures to a tough, flexible, resilient geo-membrane lining for secondary containment. Maintains flexibility and toughness in temperatures as low as 0 F. Excellent spray properties at a convenient 1 to 1 ratio with standard airless sprayers. No special plural-component equipment necessary.

Recommended Uses:

Primarily designed as a secondary containment geo membrane for oil field tank batteries. Does well transitioning onto steel walls, concrete pads, piping, etc. A non-flammable, 100% solids, zero VOC product.

Primers Recommended: 

None. Self priming. May be top coated with elastomeric acrylic latex if desired for aesthetics or additional UV protection.

E-6002 High Build Epoxy Coating

Description:  

This polyamide-cured epoxy is formulated as a high build coating for steel substrates and concrete.

Recommended Uses:

Recommended for use on structural steel, tank interiors and exteriors, pipes, concrete floors and concrete block walls. The coating has excellent resistance to a wide range of chemicals.

Environmental Codes:

E-8001 High Build Epoxy Lining

Description:  

A high performance, epoxy lining system designed to cure at low temperatures and exhibit excellent resistance properties to a wide variety of chemicals and corrosives. Maintains flexibility and toughness better than standard epoxies of this class. Exhibits excellent adhesion, sag resistance and corrosion resistance.

Recommended Uses:

Designed for use as a heavy-duty lining on tank interiors and exteriors, various storage and containment vessels (steel and concrete). Resists petroleum productions (crude, sour crude, diesel fuel, hydraulic fluids, etc.), brine and other salt solutions, detergents and lubricants. Shows good resistance to 20% HCL in the presence of aromatic solvents (Xylene, etc.). Ideal for oil field frac tanks. May be used as a 2 or 3 coat system as desired with total film thickness of 14 to 20 mils.

TZ-201 Tec-Zinc Epoxy Primer

Description:  

TZ-201 Tec-Zinc Epoxy Primer This two-component, organic-zinc-rich primer exhibits galvanic protection and provides a foundation for easy recoat with a variety of chemical-resistant high performance coatings. This product meets the specification for SSPC Paint No. 20, II.

Recommended Uses:

This product is designed for use in industrial, marine and process environments. A topcoat is required for more severe exposures. There is greater than 80% zinc in the dry film.

TS-140 Tec-Seal Epoxy Primer

Description:  

This modified epoxy-polyamide primer is designed for the protection of steel, galvanized steel and aluminum substrates. It features fast dry, and good sandability along with excellent corrosion resistance.

Recommended Uses:

Ideally suited for fleet, OEM, or general industrial applications. This primer is designed to be a fast-recoat undercoat for two-component urethanes.

LCE-1009 Economical High Build Epoxy Primer

Description:  

A high performance, semi-gloss epoxy primer designed to cure at ambient temperatures and exhibit excellent resistance properties to a wide variety of chemicals and corrosives. Has excellent adhesion, sag resistance and corrosion resistance.

Recommended Uses:

Designed for use on airport runway systems, steel tanks, trailers, miscellaneous steel and concrete. Resists petroleum products (crude, sour crude, diesel fuel, hydraulic fluids, etc.), brine and other salt solutions, detergents and lubricants. Shows excellent holdout for 2K urethane products.

E-9001 High Build Epoxy Lining

Description:  

E-9001 High Build Epoxy Lining A high performance, epoxy lining designed to cure at low temperatures and exhibit excellent resistance properties to a wide variety of chemicals and corrosives. Maintains flexibility and toughness better than standard epoxies of this class. Exhibits excellent adhesion, sag resistance and corrosion resistance.

Resists petroleum products (crude, sour crude, diesel fuel, hydraulic fluids, etc.), brine and other salt solutions, detergents and lubricants. Self priming.
